Matthew Brady
Founder & Editor
An award-winning storyteller and strategic communications advisor, Matt founded HealthTechAsia and co-founded the non-profit Pul Alliance for Digital Health and Equity. A native Englishman with global experience spanning China, Hong Kong, Iraq, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, he has led communications initiatives for world leaders, corporations, and NGOs.
He spearheaded editorial strategy for leading healthcare events and publications β including Arab Health, Asia Health, Africa Health, and FIME β transforming coverage from print to digital. Earlier in his career, he held editorial roles at Microsoft and Johnson & Johnson.

Vishnu Narayan
Contributing Policy Editor & Non-Resident Fellow
Vishnu writes on the safe and ethical governance of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with a particular focus on healthcare systems. Trained as a biomedical engineer, he approaches technology governance as a regulatory systems strategist β examining how institutions can ensure innovation evolves alongside patient safety, accountability, and public trust.
He works in regulatory and public policy at the Medical Technology Association of India (MTaI) in New Delhi, where he engages on responsible innovation and fair practices in the health technology sector.
