MY LYF CARE opens technology-driven centralised diagnostics lab in Greater Noida

Healthcare technology platform MY LYF CARE has launched a centralised diagnostics laboratory in Greater Noida, expanding its diagnostic and healthcare service offerings in India.

The newly opened facility is designed as a technology-enabled diagnostics centre and offers home delivery of laboratory test results within 30 to 60 minutes. The company states that this turnaround time is intended to improve on the same-day or next-day reporting commonly provided by conventional pathology laboratories.

The laboratory operates using an integrated Laboratory Information System (LIS), supporting robotic sample handling, automated equipment connectivity and barcode-based sample tracking. The system generates standardised digital reports and incorporates routine internal quality checks alongside external validation processes.

Services available at the facility include pathology diagnostics, such as full-body health check-ups covering more than 79 parameters, blood and body fluid analysis, microbiology and infection testing, genetic testing, cancer marker screening, hormone and nutritional assessments, and COVID-19 RT-PCR testing. Radiology and imaging services include 3D and 4D ultrasound with colour Doppler, digital X-ray, mammography, bone mineral density (DEXA) scans, cardiac imaging and electroencephalography (EEG).

In addition, the company provides a range of supporting healthcare services, including 24-hour home sample collection, ECG services, at-home ICU set-ups, nursing care, ambulance connectivity and emergency care coordination.

The launch is supported by MY LYF CARE’s Virtual Test Booking model, which enables neighbourhood pharmacists and authorised partners to book diagnostic tests on behalf of patients via the My Lyf Care App. The approach is intended to improve access for elderly patients, those with limited digital literacy and individuals with time constraints.

The centralised laboratory forms part of MY LYF CARE’s broader single-window healthcare model, which integrates diagnostics, pharmacy services, doctor consultations, home nursing, medical equipment rentals and post-hospitalisation care on a single platform.
