Global IT corporation FPT has launched MediSight, an AI-powered framework aimed at helping healthcare providers, medical device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies with digital transformation, regulatory compliance and data analysis.
The framework combines autonomous AI agents, healthcare-specific applications and AI-assisted engineering tools intended to support clinical, operational and regulatory workflows across the healthcare sector.
MediSight is built on FPT’s FleziPT AI ecosystem and follows CASAN, the company’s framework for AI adoption in enterprise settings. It is designed to help healthcare and life sciences organisations apply AI across care delivery, operations and compliance.
The framework has three components. The Healthcare Insight Platform (HIP) is a cloud-based data layer supporting standards including HL7 v2, CDA, FHIR and DICOM, with tools for data mapping, de-identification and clinical terminology standardisation. MediSight Crew consists of AI agents intended to support administrative, clinical and compliance tasks. MediSight Verse is a set of applications covering clinic management, claims administration, virtual care, patient engagement, clinical trials, medical imaging, documentation and analytics.
FPT said the framework supports compliance requirements including HIPAA, HITRUST r2 and ISO 27001, and can be deployed across major cloud platforms and integrated with existing healthcare systems.
Chu Canh Chieu, FPT Software vice president and head of healthcare and life sciences at FPT Corporation, said the aim was to help organisations “reduce manual effort, improve decision-making speed” in scaling digital health solutions.
The launch adds to FPT’s existing healthcare and life sciences business. The company has worked with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers for close to two decades, and holds certifications including HITRUST r2, HIPAA compliance, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, HL7 and DICOM.
