Innovaccer and Infinia Technologies announce UAE healthcare AI alliance

US-based health AI company Innovaccer has entered a strategic alliance with Infinia Technologies, an Abu Dhabi-backed digital infrastructure firm, to advance healthcare digitalisation across the United Arab Emirates.

Infinia Technologies is a subsidiary of Sirius International Holding, part of Abu Dhabi’s International Holding Company (IHC) Group, which brings regional expertise in developing digital infrastructure for large-scale national transformation programmes.

The partnership will combine Innovaccer’s Healthcare Intelligence Platform with Infinia’s sovereign digital infrastructure capabilities, focusing on unifying healthcare data, improving interoperability, and converting clinical and operational data into actionable intelligence.

The collaboration is intended to support clinical decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and raise patient outcomes across providers, payers, and government health stakeholders.

The alliance aligns with the UAE’s national push toward value-based, outcome-driven care models and Abu Dhabi’s broader ambitions in health technology and advanced life sciences. No financial terms were disclosed.
