JD Health combines AI and top-tier doctors to transform check-up centres

Chinese digital health company JD Health is accelerating the rollout of AI across its physical examination centres, aiming to improve efficiency and the overall quality of patient care. According to a January 27 report by Beijing News Shell Finance, the company’s JD Health Check-Up Center has assembled a highly qualified team of medical professionals, with 100% of doctors holding intermediate or higher professional titles.

The online service team is composed entirely of associate senior doctors or above, while chief doctors from key departments account for 22% of the total. By combining advanced AI systems with this senior and experienced medical workforce, JD Health is positioning its centres to deliver faster, more accurate diagnostics and reports, while enhancing the patient experience both online and offline.
