The event, Insurance Meet 2024, brought together regulators from Dubai Healthcare Authority ahead of the national health insurance scheme due to take effect in early 2025.

Insurance Meet 2024 furthermore unveiled a new medical coding and billing professionals course, led by Gulf Medical University in collaboration with the American Academy of Professional Coders.
