Indian healthtech company Practo has launched its consumer-facing services in the United Arab Emirates, aiming to make it easier for patients to access trusted medical care across borders. The platform now enables UAE-based users to consult with Indian healthcare providers—and vice versa—bringing more choice to patients in both countries.
The expansion builds on Practo’s growing footprint in the region, where the platform is already used by more than 50,000 monthly users, supported by a network of over 31,000 doctors and 3,000 medical facilities.
Practo provides a brand-neutral interface that allows users to search for healthcare providers based on specialty, symptoms, treatments, or surgical procedures. Key features include 24/7 access to verified doctors, instant appointment booking, and a streamlined process from doctor discovery to consultation.
Specialities available on the platform include general practice, dermatology, dentistry, gynaecology, ENT, psychiatry, and physiotherapy, among others. Verified patient reviews are also integrated to help users make more informed choices.
Several UAE clinics and hospitals have already partnered with the platform, including e-Kaya Skin Clinic, Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital and Clinics, Micris Dental, Smile On Dental Clinic, and Quintinha Hospitals.
