Ping An Good Doctor has expanded its home-based senior care services to cover more than 100 cities across China, serving over 240,000 eligible clients, the company said.
According to Ping An Good Doctor, its upgraded service system integrates healthcare management support during illness, providing access to doctor teams and specialist resources; home-based safety assistance through smart monitoring and age-friendly home adaptations; and coordinated professional care services to support older adults across home, hospital, and institutional settings.
The platform is also developing a “travel-and-stay” senior care model that combines care services with short-term stays in selected destinations. Pilot locations include Huangshan in Anhui Province and Yidu in Hubei Province. Ping An Good Doctor said the initiative is supported by artificial intelligence tools and an integrated online-to-offline service network.
Ping An Good Doctor added that its home-based senior care services have received a five-star rating from the China Quality Certification Centre (CQC). The company said it will continue working with industry partners to promote more standardised and higher-quality senior care services in China.
