Ping An Good Doctor unveils 11 health longevity centers across China

Ping An Good Doctor has unveiled a Longevity Management Ecosystem Alliance alongside 11 Ping An Health Longevity Centres across China.

The upgraded system is built around medicine, AI, and technology capabilities, and is designed to shift the company’s health offering from reactive treatment toward earlier risk identification and intervention. He Mingke, chief executive of Ping An Good Doctor, said the system centres on safeguarding baseline health and delivering targeted proactive interventions, according to the company.

It establishes four areas of focus, according to the company: preemptive screening, round-the-clock emergency response, medical assistance throughout treatment, and multi-disease co-management. Alongside this, the company said the service addresses behavioural, physical, and mental health, including chronic disease management, lifestyle support, metabolic health, and brain health.

The company also presented a new digital health offering, Ping An Smart Private Coach, pairing human fitness coaches with an AI coaching function. It uses an assessment, training, and consolidation process for personalised exercise plans, powered by a proprietary engine the company calls DeepBody, which tracks full-body skeletal movement for real-time guidance across mobile phones, tablets, and televisions.

The 11 newly designated centres are based on Ping An’s existing network of self-operated medical testing institutions, bringing together specialists in precision medicine, nutrition, traditional Chinese medicine, sleep medicine, and psychosomatic medicine. The new Longevity Ecosystem Alliance recognised an initial 46 partner organisations, which the company said it will work with on shared industry standards and service resources.
