Saudi app Kilow launches to deliver personalised, sustainable weight loss solutions

Fahad Al Essa, CEO, Kilow

Saudi digital health app Kilow has launched in Saudi Arabia, offering sustainable weight loss through a platform that includes lifestyle coaching, real-time health tracking, and access to medication—specifically tailored for Saudi patients.

Exclusively available in Saudi Arabia and currently only in Arabic (with other languages to follow), Kilow enables users to lose weight safely and sustainably through personalised nutrition, sleep and exercise coaching, at-home lab testing, real-time health monitoring, home delivery of medications and health essentials, access to licensed medical consultations, and optional GLP-1 medications. The app also features a Saudi-focused lifestyle modification programme designed for long-term results.

The app is founded by digital health entrepreneur Fahed Al Essa, who plans to introduce future features including AI-powered meal tracking, personalised real-time coaching based on user activity and biometrics, and precision health tools.
