UCrest, Singapore Paincare Holdings partner to implement AI across paincare clinics

UCrest Berhad and Singapore Paincare ink agreement

Under an agreement valued at over SGD 1.5 million (USD), Singapore Paincare Holdings will implement Malaysian digital health company UCrest Berhad’s iMedic platform across all its clinics to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes through AI-powered digital transformation.

UCrest will strategise, design, and oversee a comprehensive AI integration across all business aspects. This includes healthcare services such as chronic disease prevention and management, diagnosis, and therapeutic services, as well as administrative processes, including clinic management, customer relationship management, protocol enforcement, and regulatory compliance. All clinics will operate under a centralised management system.

This agreement follows a series of 2024 partnerships for UCrest. Malaysian dental clinic chain MDC Asia Link Berhad adopted AI and IoMT technologies using the iMedic platform as its Clinic Management System; StayOnline is leveraging iMedic to provide intelligent medical services to patients in sub-Saharan Africa and establish a Centre of Excellence for digital health in Rwanda; and Mediprima Healthcare has partnered with UCrest to digitalize clinics using IoMT.
