M42 Digital Health Solutions and TELUS Health partner to deliver AI-driven employee wellbeing programmes in UAE

M42 Digital Health Solutions (DHS) platform and TELUS Health have announced a strategic partnership to introduce AI-powered employee wellbeing solutions in the UAE, combining wellness, precision medicine, and digital health innovation.

The collaboration will focus on enhancing workplace health through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that currently offers more than 40 modules addressing emotional, lifestyle, and wellbeing support. The programme, delivered in local languages, aims to improve employee focus, reduce absenteeism, and provide measurable gains in productivity and engagement.

The partnership also plans to explore the development of next-generation AI tools to enhance care efficiency, advance precision medicine, and enable early preventive health interventions for employees.

M42 Digital Health Solutions provides a portfolio of digital platforms, including Malaffi, the region’s first Health Information Exchange, alongside Sahatna, e-prescription, Shafafiya, and virtual hospital solutions deployed internationally. The collaboration will leverage this infrastructure to provide integrated, secure, and measurable health outcomes for employers and employees across the UAE and the region.

The partnership combines digital infrastructure, AI innovation, and clinical expertise to support workforce wellbeing and strengthen health systems in the UAE and the wider region.
