Gitex Digi_Health 5.0 conference to launch in Singapore in September

GITEX Global is introducing a new digital health conference to Southeast Asia: GITEX DIGI_HEALTH 5.0. The event is expected to attract government leaders, executives, investors, policymakers, and innovators. Organised by KAOUN International, the events company of Dubai World Trade Centre, the conference will be held alongside MEDICAL FAIR ASIA in Singapore, which is organised by Messe Düsseldorf Asia, on 11-12 September.

The GITEX DIGI_HEALTH 5.0 Conference will bring together international speakers, including leading influencers and practitioners in digital health, AI, telemedicine, consumer health, and patient care, at Marina Bay Sands.

The programme will explore opportunities in a hybrid healthcare future, where AI, IoT, predictive data analytics, and interoperability are transforming patient care systems. Talks and panel discussions will also cover the evolution of telemedicine, the integration of AI diagnostics, VR/AR consultations, and remote monitoring, as well as the impact of emerging technologies such as blockchain and Web3 on the healthcare sector.

Notable speakers include Sutowo Wong, Director of Data Analytics at the Ministry of Health Singapore; Dr. Pauline Erica Tay, Director of the National Health Innovation Centre Singapore (NHIC); Dr. Ossama ElHassan, Head of E-Health at the Dubai Health Authority; and Hanna Burkhardt, Head of UNICEF’s Venture Fund in Sweden.
