By Matthew Brady A new joint venture has been formed between QuantumNexis and Golden Code Holdings to deliver digital health platforms in Saudi Arabia. The partnership combines QuantumNexis’ experience in AI-enabled healthcare systems and open standards with Golden Code Holdings’ local market presence and investment capability.
The venture is intended to support Saudi Arabia’s healthcare modernisation efforts, aligning with Vision 2030 and the Ministry of Health’s digital health strategy. It aims to contribute to the development of interoperable, data-driven health systems and to support the shift towards value-based care, with an emphasis on patient outcomes rather than service volume.
As part of the initiative, QuantumNexis plans to introduce a portfolio of digital health platforms to the Saudi market. These include Ezovion, a hospital and clinical operations platform; Ziloy.ai, which provides AI-based clinical and operational analytics; and Readabl.ai, focused on clinical documentation and workflow automation. The venture will also deliver interoperability solutions based on openEHR standards through partnerships with Better.care and Microsoft.
According to the companies, the platforms are designed to support hospitals, clinics and large healthcare groups by modernising clinical and operational workflows, improving care coordination, and enabling real-time data analysis across different care settings.
The joint venture’s scope also includes workforce development and localisation. Planned activities include capability-building programmes for Saudi professionals, compliance with national regulatory requirements, and the establishment of a regional base for innovation, research and co-development in digital health.
