Doctor Anywhere and Lumens Group partner to expand reliable home-based healthcare access in Singapore

Doctor Anywhere and Lumens Group have formalised the next phase of their partnership with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aimed at supporting the delivery of home-based healthcare services across Singapore.

The collaboration brings together Doctor Anywhere’s Doctor House Call services and Lumens Group’s managed mobility capabilities, delivered through its mobility service ecosystem provider, Lylo. The partnership focuses on improving the logistical coordination required for medical professionals to reach patients at home safely and reliably, an operational component that underpins the provision of home-based care.

Singapore’s healthcare system has been shifting towards greater community-based and home-based care, supported by national initiatives such as Age Well SG, which promotes ageing-in-place. As more care is delivered outside traditional clinical settings, dependable transport and on-the-ground infrastructure are increasingly important, particularly for patients and caregivers for whom travel to healthcare facilities can be challenging.

Under the agreement, Lumens Group, which manages one of the larger vehicle fleets in Singapore, will provide professionally managed mobility services for Doctor Anywhere’s medical teams. This is intended to support the operational delivery of Doctor Anywhere’s Doctor House Call services by improving scheduling efficiency and coordination, allowing medical staff to focus on patient care while serving a growing number of home-based care requests.

As demand for home-based services increases, Doctor Anywhere said it will continue to invest in its medical workforce and service capacity to maintain consistency and continuity of care for patients receiving treatment at home.

Doctor Anywhere’s home-based offerings include medical consultations, infant and childhood vaccinations, preventive care, and post-treatment follow-ups. These services are designed to work alongside clinic-based and specialist care as part of a broader continuum of healthcare delivery.

The partnership aligns with Singapore’s wider emphasis on preventive care, community-based services, and ageing-in-place, and highlights the role of cross-sector collaboration in supporting evolving healthcare needs across different life stages.
