Abu Dhabi’s Global AI Healthcare Academy has successfully trained over 3,750 healthcare professionals from the Emirate’s healthcare sector since launching in May 2024.
Participants have completed a range of training programmes and courses in key subjects such as AI applications in radiology, cardiology, and advanced data analytics, as well as predictive techniques. The educational programmes are designed for both senior executives and operational staff within the healthcare sector.
Part of of a broader initiative to position Abu Dhabi as a leading hub for healthcare and life sciences, while solidifying its role at the forefront of technology-driven, data-centric healthcare systems, the Academy is the result of a collaboration agreed by Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DoH), Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI), and G42’s Core42 during Abu Dhabi Global Healthcare Week in the emirate.
