Healint acquired by Aptar Digital health

Healint, a digital health company headquartered in Singapore that is recognised for its virtual clinical studies, real-world evidence and patient registries platform, in addition to Migraine Buddy and Clarrio mobile apps, has been acquired by Aptar Digital Health.

Aptar Digital Health provides solutions in digital health (Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and digital Patient Support Programs), connected devices and disease management. Its Healint acquisition is in line with its strategy to broaden its portfolio in neurology and strengthen its global footprint for digital health deployment.

Expanded capabilities include patient community management, patient activation, AI-based data collection and analysis, and digital diagnostics to facilitate patient screening and identification. Healint’s ability to conduct clinical studies at an accelerated pace and at a global scale is also seen by Aptar Digital Health to complement existing solutions to provide additional value to pharmaceutical customers.

Aptar Digital Health will scale up Healint’s platform to adjacent therapeutic indications in neurology and immunology, and strengthen its current offering by adding new services such as clinical trial management tools.
