Ping An Good Doctor teams up with Yimai Qingteng to integrate AI across medical services

Ping An Good Doctor has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yimai Qingteng Interactive Technology Co., Ltd., an internet- and AI-enabled medical diagnostics company specialising in medical imaging. The partnership will advance digital medical examinations and end-to-end health management by integrating Yimai Qingteng’s imaging capabilities into Ping An Good Doctor’s service framework, which spans online, in-hospital, home-based, and enterprise care.

The collaboration will apply AI across the full medical workflow—including diagnostic support, intelligent recommendations, and integrated health management—aiming to create a closed-loop system where examinations are more accessible, results are reliable, and services are seamlessly connected. The companies said the initiative will enable continuous, traceable care, reduce service fragmentation, and improve efficiency across the healthcare pathway.

The partnership will also focus on jointly developing AI-assisted medical technologies to deepen the application of AI across the “examination–diagnosis–management” continuum. Ping An Good Doctor has expanded its AI-driven healthcare initiatives in recent years, including the 2025 launch of its “7+N+1” medical AI framework, which integrates data, models, and clinical use cases to support healthcare services.

The collaboration aligns with China’s “Healthy China 2030” strategy, which emphasises people-centred, life-cycle-based healthcare solutions. Both companies noted that uneven distribution of medical resources and fragmented service pathways remain challenges for patients, and closer integration of professional capabilities with digital technologies could help address these issues.
